Huge Disappointment

Hard work leads to disappointment. This is the latest lesson that I learned. Unfortunately through personal experience.

I worked really hard and had great expectations. One night, the results arrived at midnight. I didn’t sleep that night with excitement. The next evening, a bombshell was exploded at a tea party. I was told I couldn’t go to present my work. Sheer disappointment. I didn’t sleep the second night due to strong feeling of utter dejection.

I have learned my lesson. No hard work, no disappointment. I have repriorititized my objectives. GRE first, no research papers, disregard of authority and straight-forward ‘NO’ to all side-jobs at the office.

Every thing is from Allah Almighty’s will. There is more in your life than this.

Organizations where people learn such lessons should surely review their state of management!
